The only original structure on the property, dating back to 1895, The Bluffs House has been fully updated with all the modern conveniences mixed with the old-world charm. This
house may be reserved as a whole or divided into two units. In total, this unit entertains 11-12
The lower level consists of a King bedroom, parlor room with twin trundle (2 beds), large living area with sleeper sofa facing the waterfront, leading out to a wraparound porch. This unit also
has an eat-in kitchen and a custom tiled bathroom. This unit entertains up to 6 guests.
The upper level has two Queen bedrooms, a custom tiled bathroom, a living area with a sleeper sofa, and an eat-in, galley kitchen leading out to a raised deck with a bird’s eye view of the
waterfront. This unit entertains 5-6 guests.
Though this house does not have a range or oven in the kitchen, a barbecue grill is available seasonally for cooking.
