The second floor consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom with king bed overlooking the waterfront has an ensuite complete with large soaking tub and custom tiled shower. This unit also has a queen bedroom and a third bedroom with a twin trundle (2 beds). There is a second bathroom, as well as a utility room complete with washer and dryer. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen just off the large living area (with sleeper sofa) leads out to the expansive deck overlooking the water.

The third floor, also known as the Owners Suite, is a three bedroom unit. This unit has vaulted ceilings, two bathrooms, and a utility room with washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a waterfront king and ensuite which includes a large soaking tub. There is a queen bedroom, as well as a third bedroom with two full-size beds. The expansive living area (with sleeper sofa) sitting off the fully equipped eat-in kitchen leads out to the large deck with seating, overlooking the water with the most stunning views.
