The Stonington House is located a mere two miles from the original Harbor View Landing property, but has all the charm, sophistication, and stunning waterfront backdrop, you’ve come to know and love at our flagship location.

The Stonington House is a three-bedroom unit consisting of two king bedrooms, one of which is en-suite with a large soaking tub, as well as a third bedroom which has two twin sized beds and additional custom-tiled, guest bath.  There is also a sleeper sofa in the expansive living area, which sits adjacent to the fully equipped, eat-in kitchen, just off the laundry area.  Views of the serene waterfront can be seen from these common areas, as well as the lovely outdoor deck, just off the kitchen/living areas. 

Guests also have access to an outdoor firepit, on the ground level. In total, this unit can accommodate up to 8 guests.
